The Details of our 27 Steps to SOLD plan:

1. We come to your home to review the property. Once you hire us, we'll come out, complete the listing information, and take high-resolution digitial photos that we'll use to showcase your home online and in the Maine Multiple Listing Service.
2. Preparation of Seller's Property Disclosure. We work with you to fill out the paperwork required to comply with State of Maine disclosure requirements and the Federal Lead Paint disclosure addendum.
3. We help you price your home through a Comparative Market Analysis. Based on recently sold properties, market conditions, and our extensive experience pricing and selling homes, we'll help you set a listing price that you're comfortable with.
4. We give you advice on getting your home ready to sell. Sometimes the simplest things make all the difference. We'll tell you what they are.
5. We provide you with information on competing listings in your neighborhood. Buyers will be comparing your home against others in the market. We can keep you apprised so that you have this information, too.
6. Maine Multiple Listing Service exposure. Put thousands of real estate agents in Southern Maine to work to sell your home.
7. Your Home on Realtor.com. Your home will be listed on Realtor.com, the world's largest real estate database.
